The Lord is the Indweller of all. He resides in each one as a tiny blue spark. It is through the path of Sadhana that the aspirant makes the tiny blue light grow into a divine effulgence. Merging into it, he loses all identity. This is Self-realisation, the peak of Sadhana. In times of great need, the Indweller comes in form, as the Avatar. He dons a human body, corrects the wicked, supports the downtrodden and re-establishes Dharma. This tiny blue light that resides in each one comes to the world in all glory. He is the brilliance of a million Suns, His showers of Divine Grace cleansing the world of all impurity. This is the time of such an Avatar!
