I am always saying, ‘I want Swami, I want Swami’. Swami told this is my inhalation,‘in breath’
My ‘out breath’ is, ‘I do not want anything else’.
These feelings are filling the Space. The longing ‘I want Swami’, flows into me, as my ‘in breath’. The oxygen in my body is ‘Swami’. It causes the body to function and fills the Space. Therefore, the thirst-for-God will be the life breath of everyone in Sathya Yuga (Golden Age).
Only wanting God, I pushed away everything else. This is my ‘out breath’. The carbon dioxide in my body is the feeling, ‘I do not want anything’.
To sustain life, oxygen is inhaled and carbon dioxide exhaled.
Like this, if man wants to attain God, he must desire for God alone and push away everything else. All are obstacles on the path to attainment.
Not only worldly connections, but even spiritual desires should also be negated.
